Designed and made in Cape Town, South Africa, since 2012, our Monthly Knicker Subscription is a fun and convenient way to keep your Knicker drawer topped up with limited-edition underwear.

Lily chooses the surprise! Every Lingerie Letter brings a new limited-edition design, along with a little something extra from your Panty Pen Pal, Lily — her latest Knicker-themed poem.

How Your Lingerie Letter Works
1. Pick your Plan
Choose between a Monthly Recurring Knicker Subscription or a Pre-paid Knicker Gift Subscription. Monthly Recurring Subscriptions continue each month until cancelled, while Pre-paid Gift Subscriptions are available for 3, 6 or 12 months and automatically end after the selected term.
2. Choose your Coverage
Choose the coverage option that suits you best — but remember, your coverage choice determines the range of styles Lily can choose from, not the exact Knicker design you’ll receive. Your monthly Lingerie Letter is always a surprise!
Full Coverage
Our Full Coverage Subscription gives you a mix of fuller-coverage styles throughout your subscription. Depending on the monthly design, your surprise could be a Hipster, Brief, Bikini or Tanga.
Barely-There
Our Barely-There Subscription gives you a mix of barely-there favourites. Your monthly surprise could be a Cheekie, Thong, G-string or T-string, giving you a beautiful variety of styles while keeping a little mystery in every Lingerie Letter.
Best Of Both
Can’t decide between Full Coverage and Barely-There? You don’t have to! Our Best Of Both Subscription includes two matching pairs every month — one surprise Full Coverage style and one surprise Barely-There style. Because good things come in twos!

Feeling adventurous? Choose Surprise Me and let your Panty Pen Pal, Lily Chantilly, choose your monthly Knicker style for you.
3. Choose your Size

4. Let your Panty Pen Pal, Lily, surprise you
Once you’ve chosen your subscription, Lily takes over!
Each month, Lily chooses a new limited-edition Knicker design for you, so you never know exactly what will arrive in your Lingerie Letter until you open it.
Our Knickers are designed and made in small batches in our Cape Town studio, using carefully sourced fabrics, elastics and trims. Because fabrics and materials are limited, designs are not routinely remade.
And because our designs are made in small batches using limited fabrics, you won’t receive the same pair twice while your subscription remains active.
Our monthly subscription cut-off for new sign-ups is midnight on the 15th of each month. This gives us time to make, prepare and pack each month’s Knickers before shipping from around the 16th of the following month. Late sign-ups may occasionally be accommodated if production capacity allows.
Please Note
Choosing Full Coverage or Barely-There does not mean you’ll receive the same Knicker style every month. Your coverage preference simply determines the range of styles Lily can choose from.

The Past Pairs Boutique Shop lets you shop previous Lingerie Letters designs individually. Choose from available styles, fabrics, colours and sizes and find a pair that’s just right for you.
Shop 100+ limited-edition handmade Knicker designs from previous Lingerie Letters collections, with a changing selection of styles, fabrics, colours, prints, textures and trims. Depending on what’s available, you may find Briefs, Bikinis and Hipsters to Tangas, Thongs, G-strings, T-strings and Cheekies.
All Past Pairs are designed and handmade in small batches in Cape Town, South Africa. Because we work with limited fabrics and trims, individual styles and sizes are limited and designs are not routinely remade.
Past Pairs are regular online-shop purchases, delivered discreetly by door-to-door courier throughout South Africa. A R90 courier delivery fee is added at checkout.
But hurry — popular Past Pairs and sizes can sell out quickly. Once a particular design or size is gone, it may be gone for good!

Past Pairs are available in limited styles and sizes — so if you find a favourite, don’t wait too long!
