Subscription Cut-off Time and Payment
We have a monthly cut-off at midnight on the 15th of each month for new subscription sign-ups. If you subscribe before midnight on the 15th, your first Lingerie Letter will be made and sent the following month. We usually ship subscriptions from around the 16th of the month, with delivery expected between approximately the 20th and 25th. For example, if you subscribe on 10 September, your first Lingerie Letter will be made and shipped in October.
When you sign up, your first subscription payment is taken immediately. Thereafter, your Monthly Recurring Knicker Subscription is automatically charged each month when your next renewal payment is due. You’ll be redirected to the secure Paystack payment page during checkout to enter your card details and complete your bank’s 3D Secure authentication. Your card details are securely tokenised by Paystack, allowing future monthly subscription payments to be processed automatically without you needing to enter your card details again.
