WHERE THEY COME FROM?
Initiated in 2011 by Cape Town-based Chelle Lovatt, Dear Deer is a labour of love. Chelle, who has a long history working in fashion and the corporate retail fashion environment, felt she needed an outlet for her creativity and a little project to add value to her life and pay a tribute to her best friend - the mother she lost to cancer – Dear Deer was born. Chelle now works full time on building the brand Dear Deer.
WHERE THEY ARE GOING?
Adopting the motto “LOOK GOOD – FEEL GOOD”, Dear Deer donates R5 of every pillow slip to a variety of charities.
WHY WE ♥ THEM?
The range of satin pillow cases is made from 100-percent pure satin, being a polyester fabric unlike cotton does not absorb any moisture from your hair and skin (loss of moisture is what ages our skin). Dear Deer pillow slips help your hair maintain its natural moisture (which prevents dry fuzziness) and minimizes facial wrinkles and puffiness.

We deliver to physical addresses in SA via Courier within 5 - 8 business days depending on your location.
Deliveries to select remote or outlying areas will require your item/s to be sent to you via the Post Office instead. Should this be the case, you will be informed of this prior to shipping.
FREE delivery for Boutique orders over R1500. A standard delivery fee of R70 will be added to Boutique orders under R1500.
Our intimates are designed and handmade with love in Cape Town.
Boutique orders go into production once payment has been received and once complete will be dispatched from our CMT. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and information on how to track your Boutique order.
We need you, or someone you trust, to sign for the parcel upon arrival at your door. If you are not always at home, then please indicate an alternative daytime delivery address, i.e. a business address, as our Couriers deliver during office hours. If it happens that the Courier delivers and no one is there to sign for the parcel, they will phone you on your indicated telephone number and arrange a more suitable time.
