Once upon a time, everyone shuffled around in slippers with ears, characters, or frayed holes (because they'd never found another pair they liked).

At Christmas, people opened new pairs of novelty slippers and pretended that they were delighted. Then they ate boxfuls of festive chocolates to cheer themselves up.

In 2007 everything changed. Bedroom Athletics arrived on the scene with the Marilyn. Cosy, cool, and quirky, it’s no surprise that these shot to the top of everyone’s Christmas list!

The brand has since grown and developed a fabulous range of designer footwear. Here are a few of my favourites styles:

marilyn

She's already a fashion icon - a deep, lusciously soft slipper boot that your feet will fall in love with. Oh Marilyn!

monroe

The Monroe boot uses all the best features of the Marilyn with the addition of a fun colour contrast on the sole.

 pixie

Relax and unwind with these feet loving slippers, developed with a textile upper and faux sheep's wool lining that hugs your feet, the Pixie provides an instant feeling of comfort.

 kathy

The Kathy is a slipper that is striped with super soft jersey cotton, with a teddy fleece lining and beautiful bow detail this is perfect for those cosy nights in.

 christina

This luscious lace Christina will have you strutting your stuff around any boudoir this winter; so grab a pair quick and get your Athletisme de Chambre on!

 eva

More lace? I dare you. Try the Eva lace ballerina slipper on for size. Trust us your feet will thank you!

charlize

The Charlize looks glamorous but secretly loves a cuppa in front of the fireplace.

 natalie

A new addition to the Bedroom Athletics 'shoe-niverse' is this brand new Natalie denim slipper boot; let it brighten up your winter nights with its stunning floral design and warm lining.

Fancy yourself a pair? Well you’re in luck.

These and many more styles are now available on Lingerie Letters! And if that's not good enough - each pair is gift-boxed, making them perfect for giving away (if you can bear it).

Go on, treat your feet to 1, 2 or 3 pairs this winter. They're sooo comfy - we promise we won't judge!
